It took many years, but I finally have squat form I can be proud of. It amazes me because I really thought I was never going to be able to squat correctly. There are many factors that go into a proper squat. I’ve lined them out in a series called Crafting a Successful Squat, dedicated to what many fitness folks deem the King of All Lifts.
